The Planning &
Inspections staff has completed the
final draft Small Area Plan (“SAP”),
which includes the Small Area Plan
Advisory Committee’s (“SAPAC”)
recommended policies, tasks,
timelines and responsible parties
and is asking the Board of
Commissioners’ to consider adoption
of the SAP at its February 18, 2008
business meeting.
A public
hearing will be held at 7 PM on
Monday, February 18, 2008, at the
Commissioners Meeting Room on the 2nd
Floor of the County Administration
Building located at 113 Market
Street in Louisburg. You
are encouraged to attend.
A copy of the
final draft SAP is available for
review. The appendices
and maps are also available to
download.
