Established in 1974, the Franklin County Home Health Agency is the oldest and most experienced provider of home health care services in Franklin County. As a Medicare/Medicaid certified agency, we will provide you with the best care possible while treating you with respect, dignity, and kindness as you recover in the comfort of your own home.

A person with an illness, injury or disability may be eligible to receive services in their home when referred by a physician, community agency, discharge planner, or family member. With your referral for home health services, your physician works with our medical team to develop a personalized plan of care. Specialized health care is provided by trained professionals who will teach you and your family how to manage your care at home.

• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• Medical Social Work
• Home Health Aide Services.

Fees
Many home health services are paid for by Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, VA benefits or private pay. We file all insurance claims for you.

Written charges for services/care are available upon request.

Hours
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
A nurse is on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
